Hospital Radio Haven was established and is a member of the Hospital Broadcasting Association, We broadcast at West Cumberland Hospital in Whitehaven and are one of the UK’s longest serving Radio Stations.

We are a small organisation made up entirely of volunteers and funded by donations. Our service is provided free of charge to patients and staff. Our aim is to provide a service to patients of the West Cumberland Hospital, giving them a link back into the local community.

Radio Haven has been broadcasting for more than five decades, and prides itself on the local content of its output, featuring local bands, news and services as part of its regular output.
